Stravia Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Owen as a sole-trader business based in New Zealand. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Contact form submissions are stored on an AWS EC2 server located in the Asia-Pacific region and delivered to Owen's inbox via Resend (a US-based email delivery service). Resend processes your email address and message content solely to deliver the email and does not retain it for other purposes.

If you become a client, your account information is stored in a database on the same server. We take reasonable technical precautions to keep this secure.
