These terms govern your use of the Stravia Marketing website and any services provided by Stravia Marketing, operated by Owen as a sole-trader business in New Zealand. By using this site or engaging Stravia Marketing for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Stravia Marketing provides web design, web development, managed hosting, domain registration, SEO, and related digital services to small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and price of each project are agreed in a written proposal before work begins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Stravia Marketing hosting or services to distribute unlawful content, send unsolicited email (spam), infringe third-party intellectual property, or engage in activity that degrades server performance for other clients.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Stravia Marketing's liability for any claim arising out of these terms or any services provided is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the New Zealand courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients at least 30 days before they take effect.
